Founder

RedXchange is built and owned by Redbutton, a sustainable fashion company originating from Lagos, Nigeria. Redbutton founder and CEO, Chioma Ogbudimkpa, is a Nigerian-born, multiple award-winning entrepreneur, who has fused her passion for fashion and the environment to create innovative sustainable fashion solutions. She began with creating apparel with eco-friendly materials, handwoven fabrics, upcycled industrial and agro waste, for professional women. In 2023, Redbutton introduced a supply chain transparency initiative using a simple QR code technology to give her customers access to the supply chain details of the garments they purchase from Redbutton. In line with scaling the company’s impact using technology, Redbutton built the RedXchange platform to create an incredible opportunity for fashionistas to save money through rental options, make money through renting out their idle fashion items, while empowering local tailors for repairs.
