Some profile information will be visible to other Members during interactions, such as your profile photo and city for delivery address. Publicly available information on your profile includes your name and profile picture. Listings visible to the public will display relevant information, such as item descriptions, availability, Lender profile picture, and name. Reviews from Lenders/Renters will be published and visible on your public profile. Content submitted to public forums or social media platforms may also be visible to other users. We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data (e.g., race, religion, health) about you unless you voluntarily share it through the Redxchange Platform. Such information is subject to special protections under EU law. However, we may collect information about criminal convictions and offenses when conducting credit checks on Users/Members. If you fail to provide certain information when requested and it is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations or comply with the law, we may have to cancel a product or service.
